MY BLIND DATE WITH AMADEUS RIVER CRUISES

I'm going on a blind date.

This is my first date with a totally new river cruise company that is becoming so wildly popular in my office. Their concept is completely different than all the other luxury cruise lines currently in operation.

It’s a completely new experience for me and I am glad this date is about to happen. In way I feel like I am walking in the shoes of my own clients taking their first ever river cruise because I don’t exactly what to expect. (yet)

I am no novice to river cruise experiences. I make it my business to stay in the know with all the major cruise lines. My personal portfolio includes 5 of the major river cruise companies. I am about to add my 6th. I am about to enter unknown territory.

Last year I met with one of the directors of Amadeus River Cruise company. I had never heard of them and for me, self-proclaimed river cruise queen of the world, I was ambivalent. My first initial thoughts under my breath were, “new kid in town” but what I learned is that they were not the new kid in town at all. Amadeus, and the Luftner family, have been sailing European rivers for over 30 years.

This luxury cruise experience stands out from the other luxury lines because Amadeus makes this experience completely customizable. This is not a one size fits all cruise. You can select and personalize your journey to match your own travel style while cruising.
